RELOCATION & GLOBAL MOBILITY

Business class for your move to Japan.

Help an executive or family begin a Japan assignment with a clearly planned journey. We work with mobility teams and relocation partners on business class enquiries from the United States, aligning the flight brief with the move date and the support needed on arrival.

Designed for your team

Relocation flights need more than a cabin choice: confirm one-way or return requirements, traveler ages, baggage, approval rules and the handoff to the destination team.

Plan around the move, not a generic return ticket

Tell us the assignment start date, the latest acceptable arrival and how flexible the departure is. A one-way journey, an open-ended return plan and a fixed round trip can require different fare comparisons. Confirm the chosen ticket structure and the change conditions before approval.

Separate the air enquiry from immigration decisions. The employer or appointed adviser should confirm the traveler’s entry and residence requirements. We use the travel brief supplied to compare flight options and coordinate ticketing.

Keep family requirements in the same brief

Include the number of adults and children, ages where relevant, seating preferences and any assistance requirements. Ask how the proposed airline handles the specific request rather than assuming every business class cabin works equally well for a family.

Check baggage allowance on every sector and ask about any excess baggage, special item or separate shipment. Business class does not imply an unlimited allowance. Airline confirmation may be needed for assistance, infant arrangements or special items.

Make employer approval easier

A mobility coordinator needs to know what is covered by the quoted itinerary and what remains outside it. Record the approver and billing contact separately from the traveler, and confirm the documentation expected before ticketing.

Arrange the arrival and after-sales handoff

Confirm which Japan airport the traveler will use and how the relocation team will receive the flight details. If the move continues beyond Tokyo, compare the complete journey and identify separate tickets or airport changes before approval.

Keep an accessible service contact for date changes and schedule disruptions. We provide 24/7 support contact; the available rebooking or refund steps depend on the ticket conditions and airline process. Begin with one relocation brief to establish a workable service arrangement.

Partner questions

Can you quote a one-way business class relocation flight?

Yes. Provide the route, traveler count, move date and flexibility. We compare suitable options and explain the conditions of the proposed one-way itinerary.

Can you guarantee adjacent family seating?

No seat assignment is universally guaranteed. Share seating needs early so the available options and airline requirements can be checked.

Do you provide visas or relocation legal advice?

No. Entry, immigration and residence requirements should be confirmed with the employer or appointed adviser. Our role is the air enquiry and ticketing support.
