Designed for your team

White-label support for U.S.–Japan business class enquiries, with a two-hour initial quote target after receipt of a complete brief, 24/7 support and no exclusivity requirement.

White-label Japan business class support

You manage the relationship; we support the flight work behind it. Send a client reference, route, travel dates and cabin requirements. We can prepare an itinerary and fare summary for your agency to present under its own brand, with the communication arrangement agreed before the first booking.

White-label cooperation does not change the operating airline, fare rules or identity of the ticket issuer on required travel documents. Agree the proposal format, permitted use of your branding and whether we may contact the traveler before sharing a live booking.

A clear service framework from the first enquiry

Our target is to provide an initial quote or a clear status update within two hours of receiving a complete brief. Complex multi-city journeys, several travelers and airline confirmations can take longer; we explain the next step rather than treating a preliminary price as confirmed inventory.

Support is available 24/7. No exclusive supply agreement is required to start a conversation or a pilot enquiry. Airline response times, payment arrangements and the scope of after-sales handling are confirmed for the proposed booking.

Compare a complete quotation, not just a headline fare

Ask for the currency, traveler count, taxes, service charges, quote validity and ticketing deadline. Identify the marketing and operating carriers, the cabin on every sector, and whether the journey is issued on one ticket or separate tickets.

Before your client approves, review the change, cancellation, no-show and name-correction conditions. Confirm whether your proposal is a net agency quote or a retail quote, who receives payment and what documentation is provided. Do not assume every option is refundable or held.

Send one brief to start

A usable first enquiry needs your company name, agency contact, U.S. departure airport, Japan or Asia destination, dates, flexibility and traveler count. Add any arrival deadline, airline preference and requirement for a particular business class seat.

Use a case reference for initial pricing. Agree a suitable channel for the personal information needed at ticketing. Start with one itinerary, review the response and documentation together, then decide whether a wider arrangement fits your agency.

Partner questions

Is this a white-label business class service?

Yes. Client-facing itinerary proposals and communication can be arranged around your agency’s brand. The operating carrier and required ticket issuer details remain accurate on travel documents.

Is every fare guaranteed within two hours?

No. Two hours is our initial quote or status-update target after a complete brief. Complex itineraries and airline confirmations can require more time.

Do I need an exclusive supplier agreement?

No exclusivity is required. Confirm the commercial, payment and servicing terms of the pilot before any ticket is issued.
